Health, Safety & Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a class.

Late cancellations or no shows will result in the loss of that session.

In the event of a class cancellation, we will do our best to move you to an alternative class or date where possible.

Instructors reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes; clients will be notified as soon as possible.

Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancies before class. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate. If in doubt, consult a medical professional before attending.

Participation is at your own risk. Reformer Haus is not liable for any injury or loss resulting from participation.

Please arrive on time. late arrivals may not be permitted once the class has started.
Refund Policy & Expiry Terms

Class Purchases- All Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at management discretion.

Class Pack Expiry- All class packs must be used within 12 weeks of purchase. Unused classes will expire after this period.

Privacy- we only collect and store personal data necessary for bookings and communication. Your data will never be shared with third parties.

Waiver- By booking and attending classes, you agree to participate at your own risk and waive any claims against Reformer Haus for injury or loss, except where caused by negligence.
